Minister Ecckles made our day special. She was very patience, because the ceremony was late getting started. Thank you

........Raven and Alexandria Washington 08/24/18

Pastor Ecckles was very patience and professional during my backyard wedding in the midst of chickens and roosters running pass her. Thanks for a loving ceremony.

FAQS

1. Are there any hidden fees? Is there a deposit required to reserve a wedding date and time?

NO HIDDEN FEES! Yes. For the Bronze Ceremony & Witness Signing Service the full amount is due at time of booking. Otherwise, there is a 50% minimum deposit at the time of booking for all packages $250 and above.  Reservations are based on availability.   The deposit applies to your total wedding cost.  The reservation/deposit payment is non-refundable and necessary to Save The Date.

2. What is a Wedding Officiant?

A wedding officiant is the person who leads your wedding ceremony. They must be legally recognized to do so by the state in which your wedding takes place. ... If you are having a religious ceremony, your officiant will need to be qualified in the eyes of that religious organization as well.

3. What types of wedding do you perform?

A. Non-traditional/traditional

B. Religious/non-religious ceremonies and non-denominational ceremonies

C. Same gender ceremonies

D. Vow renewals and elopements

E. Destination weddings

4. Do you perform other services?

Yes, we perform house blessings, baptisms, and funerals.

5. What should I expect from a wedding officiant?

  1. The Declaration of Intent (leading the couple through the “I DO” stage)
  2. The Pronouncement (where the minister officially pronounces the couple is legally married)
  3. The Signing and Legal Filing of the Marriage Certificate (which must be done to record with the state of Arizona that your marriage is legal)

In real life, however, you can and should expect your officiant to be a bigger part of the ceremony. I am also responsible for:

  1. Ceremony style: working with the couple to create a ceremony that that is unique and reflective of their own personalities and beliefs.
  2. Arranging the details: Helping the couple choose readings, craft vows if desired, and determine which elements of the ceremony will be included. Some examples might be a handfasting, a unity candle ceremony, or a sand ceremony. Each of these are elements of the larger ceremony, that focuses on the couple uniting as one either by binding hands together with ribbon, uniting two flames together as one, or combining two vessels of sand into one. They all represent the same concept of a conscious intent to unite as one.
